I bought a house in Monroe Last summer. My toilet got clogged. Tried to plunge it and noticed raw sewage coming up through my bathtub. Called a local plumbing company, and it turned out the company did not do this type of work. The company referred Matt from Trident to come out and look at it. Matt came out right away and told me that I had serious plumbing issues. I'm a deck contractor myself. Talking to Matt took me 5 minutes to realize this guy knows what he is talking about. Matt is a straight up guy, and I knew right away this is the company I am going to use for my plumbing issues. Matt and his crew were very professional and polite. My plumbing works great. I had a clogged kitchen drain, making the appointment was quick and easy setting up a convenient appointment. Matthew was courteous and informative respectful to me in my home, he even invited me to watch the process which I declined ( personally I don't like people looking over my shoulder when I'm trying to work) it took him a while to unclog the drain I appreciate his hard work because I live on a fixed income in the long run he saved me money so he did not have to flush the dran.Thank you Matthew for your hard work.
