Landon dug up and repaired an outdoor pipe leak from our water main, which involved digging a hole in frozen ground with snow outside. Excellent quality work, explained everything clearly, and helped identify issues with our water pressure to avoid leaks in the future. He even moved around other work so he could make ours a priority, as we hadn't had water for two weeks. Extremely satisfied and will definitely use Trident again.

Great experience! Devon fixed a hammering in our pipes we’d been living with for too long. He investigated all through the house, and then found that we needed a piece replaced in our shower handle. Once he found the issue he fixed it in 10 minutes. I’ve used Trident twice now, and had great experiences both times. I had Landon before who was also awesome. Can’t recommend this company enough, they’re honest and reliable.

I converted from a well to PUD water, during the initial pressure test we had a pin hole leak inside the house. Landon came out, he removed the pipe and installed a new section of pipe. I can't thank him enough. Vanessa M

We have an older home and we’ve had Landon out 4 times now for various copper pipe repairs as well as a toilet replacement, well house pipe repair, and a water heater mixing valve. They aren’t free, but they respond and communicate well. They’ll be our “go-to” for as long as they’re around. Great service & solid people.

Devon at Trident is THE BEST!!!!! I had been living with mysterious sewer smell inside my house for 8 months. I had multiple septic and plumbers come out and after the most basic look around, they would make very expensive recommendations or have no idea at all. The septic folks came and pumped twice and recommended digging up all the pipes leading from the house to the tank and the plumbers talked to me for about 15 minutes, checked the sinks and crawl space and recommended a smoke test (with a price tag of over $1000). Now....Devon came with a stink detector and the first thing he did was go in the attic and then the crawl space (where he discovered a completely unrelated but dire leak and rot situation that needed to be replaced ASAP). He spent about an hour doing an incredibly thorough look around and then finally found that the previous owners had left a sewage pipe open in the attic. So anytime the shower or toilet was used, it resulted in a horrible smell that was just undetectable by anyone else. I am forever thankful for Devon and the folks at Trident. I will not be using any other plumbers. Ever. And neither should you!! The quality Trident offers compared to all those other franchise companies does not even compare. Thank goodness for top notch, small businesses out there. Thank you!

We recently moved and found Trident Plumbing after we needed to have a few things done at the new house. From the first call they were extremely responsive, understanding, patient, and genuinely nice and accommodating. The office staff is always courteous, and the plumber they sent out, Landon, has been beyond helpful. Landon has been out numerous times now to install a closet flange and new toilet, replace / install a dishwasher, clean out and jet our sink drain lines, replace our broken airgap, and install drain lines for our hot water heater / boiler. His work is always exceptional and he is always very professional and nice. He has gone out of his way to help us find parts and tools that we needed for our sink. We would highly recommend Trident Plumbing.
