Devon at Trident is THE BEST!!!!! I had been living with mysterious sewer smell inside my house for 8 months. I had multiple septic and plumbers come out and after the most basic look around, they would make very expensive recommendations or have no idea at all. The septic folks came and pumped twice and recommended digging up all the pipes leading from the house to the tank and the plumbers talked to me for about 15 minutes, checked the sinks and crawl space and recommended a smoke test (with a price tag of over $1000). Now....Devon came with a stink detector and the first thing he did was go in the attic and then the crawl space (where he discovered a completely unrelated but dire leak and rot situation that needed to be replaced ASAP). He spent about an hour doing an incredibly thorough look around and then finally found that the previous owners had left a sewage pipe open in the attic. So anytime the shower or toilet was used, it resulted in a horrible smell that was just undetectable by anyone else. I am forever thankful for Devon and the folks at Trident. I will not be using any other plumbers. Ever. And neither should you!! The quality Trident offers compared to all those other franchise companies does not even compare.
