Replace broken pipe and clear clog

Matt came out to clean some clogged pipes. It turned out that the pipes were both clogged and completely broken in half between the house and septic tank. Despite the short notice Matt was able to get the pipes cleared and a new pipe installed within a day. Matt was quick, polite, and explained what was going on.

Replace Toilet

Matthew (owner/operator) was fantastic! Our toilet was not functioning correctly, wouldn't stop running. I called Matthew and made an appointment. He gave us a courtesy call when he was about 10 minutes out to let us know he was on his way. Very punctual! He reviewed the problem and advised a new toilet. He provided a couple of different options...we could provide the toilet and he would install, or he would provide and it would be warrantied and guaranteed. We went over the process and asked him to provide the toilet. Matthew arrived on the appointed day and installed our new toilet. He replaced what needed updating and cleaned up after himself. We were provided with paperwork as a receipt and also how to care for the toilet and all the details of work performed. All in all, a very pleasant experience and well done. I would recommend Trident for any plumbing job. AAA+

Our current hot water heater was leaking water from the relief valve. I called Trident Plumbing owner, Matthew,  and explained the situation. Matthew answered my call promptly and also made a special effort to come to the house to assess the water heater immediately as he was in the area anyway. We discussed the options of replacing the water heater vs replacement of the relief valve. We decided to replace the water heater with a Bradford 50 gallon water heater. Scheduled the replacement job and proceeded on the day as agreed on. Replacement went as planned with no wrinkles. Old heater removed and disposed of by Matthew. Some education on general care of the water heater and all done. Second time we have relied on Trident Plumbing for our needs and happy with the service.

Matthew, owner and operator of Trident Plumbing, was simply exceptional to work with. He is responsive, courteous, punctual, and personable. And most importantly, he is clearly a tremendous source of knowledge and expertise on all things plumbing. He happily and thoroughly walked me through all services and options, and was an invaluable resource to us as we navigated repairs on our first home.
